EX. Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException
error ดังกล่าว เกิดจากdevice software หรือ software application เกิดความผิดพลาดบางเนื่องจากการ sync ของระบบครับ
วิธีแก้ไขให้ดำเนินการดังนี้
ให้ลบ address book ในเครื่องให้หมด วิธีการนี้ควรที่จะทำการ backup ไว้ก่อนทุกครั้งเมื่อเชื่อมต่อ
1.เปิด BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
2.กด Backup and Restore, และ เลือก Advanced.
3.จาก รายการ Handheld Databases , ให้เลือก Address Book.
4.คลิกที่ Clear. จากนั้นไปที่หน้าเมนู BlackBerry Desktop Manager
